GirlsDoPorn Owner Faces Extradition After New CP, Trafficking Charges

SAN DIEGO — Michael Pratt, the fugitive owner of GirlsDoPorn, was charged today with producing child pornography, as well as sex trafficking of a child.

In a report by Courthouse News, it was revealed that a criminal indictment was unsealed today in the Southern District of California during a hearing for Pratt and his co-defendants in the GirlsDoPorn criminal proceedings — videographer Matthew Wolfe, actor Andre Garcia and administrative assistant Valorie Moser.

While Pratt's co-defendants were at the hearing, Pratt still remains at large. It is believed he returned to his native New Zealand by way of Mexico.

The new charges stem from an incident involving a 16-year-old whom Pratt allegedly coerced into appearing in a pornographic film in 2012. The sex trafficking charges are a result of Pratt allegedly transporting the same 16-year-old across state lines.

The new charges leave Pratt subject to extradition, as Section 101C of the treaty between the United States and New Zealand specifically relates to child trafficking and prostitution.

Along with Pratt, two formerly unknown defendants were revealed in the indictment, including one whose name has been redacted. The other is Amberlyn Dee Nored, also known as Amberlyn Clark.

Clark has testified in the ongoing civil trial against Pratt, Wolfe and Garcia that she was a "reference woman" who was used to convince women to appear in the GirlsDoPorn videos by assuring them the movies would only be sold overseas. The videos in actuality appeared on some of the largest streaming sites in the world, such as Pornhub.

In the civil trial, another "reference woman," Alicia McKay, revealed a recording she'd made of a conversation with Garcia in which he's heard to say "[y]ou’re just there to make sure she knows she’s not going to get raped, she’s not going to get killed, and she’s going to get paid."

According to Courthouse News, U.S. District Magistrate Judge Linda Lopez entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Pratt, Clark and the unnamed third defendant on the new charges.

The civil trial is ongoing. The next hearing in the criminal case is set for December 13.
